¿Cuánto cuesta el envío?
El coste aparece al finalizar la compra según el destino y el total del pedido. Pueden aplicarse suplementos para islas menores y zonas remotas. Consulta la política para los envíos en Italia y al extranjero.
Consultar plazos y costes de envío¿Puedo solicitar un cambio de talla o una devolución?
El procedimiento LASGYM requiere solicitarlo desde tu cuenta en los 14 días posteriores a la entrega. Indica CAMBIO DE TALLA con la nueva talla o REEMBOLSO. Las prendas deben estar intactas, sin usar ni lavar y con sus etiquetas. Tras la solicitud, puedes enviar el paquete con el formulario cumplimentado, siguiendo la página de devoluciones. El envío de vuelta corre por tu cuenta; LASGYM paga el envío del cambio de talla.
