INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
Print and fill out the form below:

Place part of the sheet inside the package and send it to the address on the form via post or a courier of your choice.
The return shipping is at the customer's expense (no label will be provided). The subsequent shipment of the requested size will be at our expense.
Tracking or consignment note number is REQUIRED (if you use postal or other services). This is so you can monitor your package yourself as we will NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS AS TO THE WHERE YOUR PACKAGES ARE LOCATED until they have been delivered to the logistics center.
All returns must originate from the same country as the original shipment.
Lasgym reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and/or returns not sent in accordance with the form. If we receive a package without any order details or forms filled out as requested, we will not be able to process the return/refund.
Your exchange will be shipped as soon as possible, generally processed within a few business days.
RETURN POLICY
The product(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original tags intact.
In the event of defective or incorrect merchandise, customers must contact us promptly. Lasgym reserves the right to request photographic evidence of defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
Size exchanges and refunds sent to the registered office address will not be accepted.
Lasgym is not responsible for any lost returns.
REFUND POLICY
Lasgym's goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. Lasgym will refund the full amount within the specified timeframe.
If you're not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. Lasgym will not issue a refund until the item(s) are returned.
Orders paid with PayPal will be refunded and credited immediately.
Refunds via credit card generally take a few business days (about 5-7 business days) to appear after the refund is processed. This timeframe is dictated by the banks and is not our responsibility.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as your purchase and to the same payment method. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be refunded.
